1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sprechify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the AI examiners on Sprechify for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our customer satisfaction guarantee.

4. AI Content and Accuracy

While our AI is highly calibrated to official rubrics, Sprechify is a practice tool. We do not guarantee a specific result on official IELTS, TOEFL, or Goethe exams. Final scores are determined by human examiners at official test centers.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the AI models, use automated bots to scrape content, or use the service for any illegal purposes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
